Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of boliqAI, an AI WhatsApp assistant for businesses, operated by dbascale. By using boliqAI you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

boliqAI reads your customers' WhatsApp messages and replies on your behalf using AI, captures leads and notifies you. It is offered on a subscription basis with a free trial period.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and use boliqAI for a lawful business.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 15-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial.

4. Acceptable use

• You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's platform terms.
• No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, illegal, deceptive or harmful content.
• You are responsible for the messages your assistant sends and for obtaining your customers' consent to be contacted on WhatsApp.

5. WhatsApp & charges

boliqAI uses the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta may charge for certain messages per its own pricing; those charges are separate from your boliqAI subscription.

6. Connecting your WhatsApp number

To use boliqAI, one of your phone numbers is registered on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Before you give us a number, you must understand and accept the following. You are asked to confirm these in your panel before we begin.

• The number stops working in the normal WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business apps. A number registered on the Cloud API cannot be used in those apps at the same time. From then on, every conversation on that number is handled through boliqAI and visible in your boliqAI panel.
• Existing chat history does not carry over. Registration starts a fresh account on the platform; old messages, groups and media on that number will not be available.
• The number must be free of an existing WhatsApp account. If WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business is currently active on it, you must delete that account first (WhatsApp → Settings → Account → Delete my account) before the number can be registered.
• A one-time password is sent to that number during registration. The number must be reachable by you at that moment to receive the SMS or call.
• Meta reviews the display name. The name customers see must match your real business name and must follow Meta's display name guidelines; Meta can reject or require changes to it, and approval timing is Meta's, not ours.

We strongly recommend using a separate, new number for boliqAI rather than your existing personal or business number, so that your current WhatsApp keeps working exactly as it does today. You may ask us to disconnect or change the number at any time; a change requires re-verification by Meta.

7. AI output

Replies are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing important communications. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, boliqAI and dbascale are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using boliqAI at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Maharashtra.
