Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to boliqAI are billed, cancelled and refunded. It applies to all paid plans purchased from DBA SCALE.

Free trial

Every account starts with a free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, and the trial does not convert into a paid plan on its own — you choose to subscribe.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual). Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your panel or by emailing support@dbascale.com. Your service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not cut off immediately. After that, no further amount is charged.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of your first paid invoice: if boliqAI does not work for your business, write to us and we refund that invoice in full.
• Service failure caused by us: if the assistant was unavailable for a prolonged period because of a fault on our side, we refund the affected days on a pro-rata basis.
• Part-used periods after the first 7 days: not refunded, because the messaging and AI costs for that period have already been incurred.
• Charges billed by Meta (WhatsApp) directly to your own account are not ours to refund; those are governed by Meta's own terms.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Raising a dispute

Email support@dbascale.com with your invoice number. If we cannot agree, the matter is subject to the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra, as stated in our Terms.
